How much will my car insurance rates go up if I pay my ticket?

I have Progressive car insurance. I got the ticket in Missouri for 14 MPH over the limit (44 MPH in a 30 MPH zone).

If I just pay the fine (.00) and take the points (4 points), how much will my car insurance rates go up?
